For those of us who live in the Northern Hemisphere, the days now are shorter and the nights longer. In most northern lands, the daily outdoor temperature has dropped. Many trees already let go of their leaves and withdrew their life force within.
This winter season can be a metaphor for relaxing and living more deeply in the inner realm. It’s a time of quiet. Of rest.
In this season, energy is drawn within. Similarly, one may feel drawn more to contemplation, meditation and simple stillness.
In doing so, one turns to the inner source of life and consciousness.
May your contemplations and meditations at this time of the year yield a treasure of awareness, peace, and joy.
