Our time is limited and there is so much to do. One's whole life could easily be spent in the scurrying in the mundane world of actions, pleasures, and pains.
But do you really want to do that?
The world is constantly changing. Nothing lasts. Why not spend some time each day in communion with the Source of all love, peace and joy?
You can do so with a daily inner pilgrimage. This pilgrimage can be taken in the midst of your busy day.
The path of this pilgrimage is inside yourself. The means is meditation. The great Himalayan master Swami Rama said daily meditation is a "dire necessity."
Be wise. Take a few minutes for this pilgrimage. Meditate.
