$15.00 for a single class, $100.00 for 10 classes in this series.  All fees support the non-profit, charitable activities of Hym-La.
Himalayan Yoga Meditation Integrated Hatha Yoga.  This class is a training in the physical practices of stretching, movement with breath and awareness, diaphragmatic breathing, and deep relaxation.

Yoga In Daily Life:  Learn "Yoga-beyond-postures", including lessons on lifestyle, stress-relief, diet,  meditation and mindfulness, and much more. Each class will include movement, introspection, a talk, and group dialogue.  This class is for people who want to build yoga into their daily lives.
